Race Night, there are few experiences that equal the thrill of seeing a horse and rider pitted against its counterparts, chasing down the last few furlongs neck by neck, until the victor gets their nose in front and crosses the line.

Your arms go up with joy as you go to the payout booth to collect your fortune. Oh..., if it were that simple..... with ML Events Race Nights you may not win a fortune, but you won’t lose your shirt either.

Filmed race nights are great entertainment for any type of party, themed event, team building or corporate entertainment. ML Events will take you through the process including room theming, backdrop hire, simulator hire and other games hire or entertainment you need for a private or corporate event.

A Night at the Races

With advances in technology, filmed racenights or race nights can now be offered on themed rear projection ‘themed’ sets, utilising lcd projectors, lcd and plasma screens, a long way on from the old days of 16mm projectors

Our standard 7ft x 5ft screens are flanked with 10ft x 8ft race night themed backdrops depicting horse racing scenes that will transform your venue into the perfect indoor horse racing event.

In addition to the professional projection equipment we also supply a full professional pa system which will provide background music, the commentary from the races and allow our Compere to run the race night.

The Odds

The activity is usually run with funny money but it can also be a fundraiser so that proceeds can be rasied from the betting on the races.

Our compere is central to the running, assisted by race night jockettes who will be responsible for selling the tickets and making the payouts after each race in the deluxe race night package.

The Running

The race night will consist of six or seven races taking around 90 minutes to run and announce the winning team or individual. If used for team building, each table will become a team and we will ask the table to nominate a team captain.

Dressage

We incorporate backdrop hire in our deluxe package and various av hire packages also. The race night is scaled to suit your room size, audience size and budget.

A cheap race night isn't for everyone and it should be noted that everything we offer regarding a race night is a high professional and corporate service right down to our printing, rosettes and race night tickets.

We can also produce table centres with balloons or theming to suit the perimeter of the room.

The Finish Post

With the prizes awarded, what better way to finish the night with a corporate disco, provided in-house by ML Events and ML Disco, our specialist wing for mobile disco.

By just adding our intelligent lighting and effects, our DJ will use our high power PA system to play out the night with all the best songs around.

A discount may be applicable if booking more than one activity.
